FALL 2021 MINI SESSIONS

It’s that time of year again! I always love helping bring a little extra joy and magic to this time of year with my natural light fall mini sessions. I know it can be a stressful season of life, and I hope to help make the process of family pictures as easy and straightforward as possible.

Please read on below to see my two main session offerings this year to help accommodate different needs and budgets, as well as additional add-ons and upgrades to help you get exactly what you desire for holiday cards and more!

SESSION INFO

THE MINI - $250 30 min

Your top 12 selections beautifully edited and delivered in full resolution with printing rights.

One image with extra deep cleaning (extra stray hairs removed, tiny skin blemishes cleaned up, etc)*

Best for smaller, focused sessions where a few main images is our goal, and everything else is icing on the cake.

THE MIGHTY MINI - $350 60 min

Your top 25 selections beautifully edited and delivered in full resolution with printing rights.

Three images with extra deep cleaning (extra stray hairs removed, tiny skin blemishes cleaned up, etc)*

Best for families wanting a larger variety of imagery, as well as more time for breaks and trying different ideas.

*ABOUT "DEEP CLEANING": At the end of the day, I try to make every image look as amazing as possible, but don’t always mind a few stray hairs blowing in the wind and smaller details others are not likely to notice. However, I do understand that there are some images to which you might want extra special attention given, especially if they are going to be the main image(s) on a holiday card or related. This is why I try to include deeper editing of at least one or more images in my initial session rates, with further upgrades allowed (see below).

PLEASE NOTE: My normal editing and deep cleaning of images does not include face swaps or composites of any sort, where two or more images are combined to make one final image, and frowns are turned into smiles. While I try to keep these sessions simple and classy in regards to editing overall, face swaps can be requested on a case-by-case basis for an additional $15 per swap (pending it is possible).

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

COVID POLICY: Admittedly, we photographers have it pretty easy if we want to maintain physical distance from our clients…we just use a longer lens! And since all my shoots take place outdoors, it helps keep everyone in extra good spirits here, and worry-free! You are totally welcome to communicate any specific concerns to me before and during the session, though, and I will do everything in my power to help you and your family feel safe!

LOCATION: All sessions must take place within 10 miles of the Cool Springs area near Franklin / Brentwood, TN, otherwise travel fees may apply. I’ve got some great spots I know around the area, but am always open to suggestions!

IMAGE LIST: Because of the shorter nature of these sessions, it is often best to pre-plan what main images you desire from a session, and communicate that to me before and during our time together. This list (mental or written) helps us stay focused and plan our session accordingly, including grabbing the main images early on when everyone is fresh, and children are hopefully in good spirits!

WARDROBE: It is often best to plan your outfits well in advance, long before the moments leading up to your session. Try to dress in solid, earthy colors whenever possible, avoiding busy patterns and noticeable graphics of any sort (fall plaid being an exception when desired). Layers can be great too, so long as the previous advice is heeded. All of this adds up to help keep your resulting images looking timeless and beautiful.  

PROPS: You are welcome to bring any desired props (chairs, blankets, instruments, etc), and we will do our best to include them!

PETS: Pets are totally welcome by me, so long as our shooting location feels the same way about them, and all specific pet policies are heeded.

AFTER THE SESSION: An online gallery will be ready for viewing within 2-4 days of your session date (often sooner!). You will be given easy instructions for picking your final selections from the comfort of your own home, as well as making any special notes on those images you might want me to pay extra special attention to before delivery (for deep cleaning). After I’ve received word that your list of selections is finalized, your main images will then be delivered online within 24 hours! You are then free to download, share, and print them for personal use as much has needed, including Christmas cards and related! I can recommend great websites and services as needed, as well as offer easy online ordering of more traditional prints through my professional labs for those wanting to ensure any prints or wall art they obtain is of the highest quality.
